KIREF-I has invested with 3C Group to develop Green Boulevard, an IT/ITES space project. 3C Group is a reputed developer based out of NOIDA in National Capital Region (NCR), focused on IT Parks and office developments. The group has over the last 15 years developed more than 5.5 million square feet of commercial space.
Green Boulevard is located in Sector 62 Noida which, is fast transforming into a technology hub, through the development of plots auctioned by Noida Authority. This is a Grade A development with three main towers – Tower A, B and C which have 8, 7 and 5 floors above ground level respectively with total leasable area for the development being ~ 700,000 sq ft. Total car parks are 950 which are split into 768 covered car parks and 182 open car parks. The Project has been developed with amenities that include AC, Power and Power Back up provisions.
It also has a facility block in the middle of the site which is surrounded by green landscaped zone and it will house facilities such as coffee bar, business centre, cyber café, food court, utility shopping, convenience store, pharmacy, etc. Further, Green Boulevard has received a platinum certification as a green building from Leeds Institute.
The development of the project has been completed and leased out with tenants like Sapient, Accenture and Nokia Siemens Network. |
